Full priced items can be returned within seven (7) days from the posted delivery date. Sale Items or items bought using a discount code larger than 25% off are final sale.

To start a return, please send an email to returns@loyoboutique.com with your order number, and what you would like to return to confirm eligibility

If returning for a refund, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and your refund does exclude shipping costs.

Please note, returns are only accepted for 7 days from purchase date, and refunds only accepted for first 5 days from purchase date. To be eligable for the refund, your return ship date must be within 5 days from the delivery date.

Shop LOYO knows how important it is to love your items, so that is why we now offer the option for a refund OR store credit +10% added if store credit is chosen, for the first 5 days from your delivery date. After 5 days have passed, we can only allow a store credit up to 7 days from the posted delivery date. No Exceptions
