Full priced items can be returned within seven (7) days from the posted delivery date. Sale Items or items bought using a discount code larger than 25% off are final sale.

To be eligible for an exchange, refund or credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags still intact. 

Shop LOYO knows how important it is to love your items, so that is why we now offer the option for a refund OR store credit +10% added if store credit is chosen, for the first 5 days from your delivery date. After 5 days have passed, we can only allow a store credit up to 7 days from the posted delivery date. After 7 days, the item cannot be returned. No Exceptions. 

Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene label is still intact. 

Please note this return policy cannot be back dated on previous orders from Hell Bent & Whiskey. This Policy was published on 5/17/2022

To start a return, please send an email to returns@loyoboutique.com with your order number, and what you would like to return to confirm eligibility and if you are requesting the credit + 10% or a refund excluding shipping costs. 

If returning for a refund, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are all nonrefundable. 

If returning for credit or exchange, a return label will be sent to you, but the new item(s) ordered will require new shipping costs. 

Please note, returns are only accepted for 7 days from delivery date.

Shipping costs are always non-refundable. If you receive a refund for any reason, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
